Delaware has developed a tool called the Student Success Plan (SSP) to help teens identify and consider post-secondary career and educational goals and develop a plan to pursue those goals. Students in grades 9-12 must create and/or update their SSP annually in order to graduate.

Students are provided with access to the website, for this purpose.

In order to receive credit for this requirement, parents must review their student’s plan each year and confirm their participation in the process. This may be done at home or during a visit to school.
